Shipping Costs
We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure your yoga mat arrives without breaking the bank:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): £3.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): £6.99
- Free Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping option:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels
We take great care to ensure your yoga mat arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, please reach out to us at [bendandbeam@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged items: Send us a photo of the damage along with your order number.
- Lost parcels: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Bend & Beam. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our pre-order policy below:
1. Placing a Pre-Order
- When you place a pre-order, you will need to provide your email address, shipping details, and payment information. All communications regarding your pre-order, including confirmation and updates, will be sent to the email address provided.
2. Payment
- Payment will be processed at the time of placing the pre-order. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
3. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
- The estimated arrival date for pre-ordered items will be indicated on the product page. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the ETA via email.
4. Shipping
- Once the pre-ordered item is in stock, we will process your order for shipping. Standard delivery times will apply from the moment the product is available. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item has been dispatched. To cancel, please follow the cancellation link in your pre-order confirmation email. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
6. Changes to Order Details

7. Pricing
